Missing Marriage
« on: Sunday 20 January 13 15:52 GMT (UK) »
Hello
I've searched everywhere I can think of for a marriage record for my gggrandparents William Ganly and Bridget Hanrahan.
Bridget is on the 1901 census living in Dublin with their children where she is recorded as a widow. The funny thing is, except for the eldest son John who is my ggrandfather there is no record of the family on the 1911 census, at least not that I can find.
I found all the children's births on Irishgenealogy but alas no marriage record for William and Bridget and I have no idea where they originated from.
Any help much appreciated.

Hi Heywood
That was quick! Yes that must be them. I was thinking of searching for them in the UK or on passenger lists as had begun to think they might have emigrated after William's death. Thank you.
