help dating scottish family photo please

Hello,
Can anyone help me to date this family photo taken in Scotland?
I have never seen old clothing like this before.
I'm hoping with the time period it was taken, it would tell me if
this is my gr-gr grandmother Jane Forsyth or.my gr-gr-gr grandmothers
Esther Smith or Euphemia Davies.

Thank you Graham and China for the help. It has narrowed my search in between the two gr-grandmothers. Did not realize both gr- grandmothers died in 1874.
also  I'm not sure how the link works yet, but it is a wonderful start.

Have to disagree,early-mid 1880's.The neck & bodice are characteristic of this time.
Also can't be as early as 1874 as rounded corners on cardstock didn't appear until 1875.

Thanks Jim.  I found E.I.Ireland didn't take photo's until 1885.
