I cant find three people in the 1911 census records for all the UK and Ireland

We can't help with English/Welsh 1911 census searches but if the 1911 Irish census is free to search.
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/search/
www.familysearch.org has individuals from the 1911 English/Welsh census so you can try there if you haven't done so already.
The 1911 Scottish census is pay per view on Scotland's People website.

Sometimes the less detail in search boxes the more likely you are to find the information you are looking for.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
