Does anyone have a William Varney (B1841 Mentmore) married to Sarah (B1847 Ivinghoe) in their tree. They are my Great Grandmothers parents.

I think you may find he was born c1839 @ Ledburn, Bucks.   Son of William & Hannah.  Baptised in Mentmore, 14 July 1839.   William & Hannah of Ledburn, at the time of baptism.

And through  the census he's down as being born Mentmore. ;)

Marriage @ Mentmore. 26 Jun 1822(by Banns).  William(x) VARNEY, Bachelor otp .  Susannah(x)KING otp.
Witnesses - John Varny, Maria Varney, George Varney.

They're not in my tree, but I have the BucksFHS PR's for Mentmore. ;)

It appears that William Varney(1839), maybe with an Uncle George Varney(c1806) @ Mentmore, in 1841.

William Varney c1801. Mentmore, has been transcribed as VANRY, by Ancestry in 1841. ::)

Sussanah(Susan) & Hannah, seems to be the same person.

Burial @ Mentmore. 13 Jul 1850.  Susanna VARNEY aged 52 of Redborough, Ledburn.

Burial @ Mentmore.  20 Dec 1882.  William VARNEY, aged 82 of Wingrave Mead.
