French Birth Record - Help to translate to English

I was hoping someone could help translate in full the attached birth record from France.

Rough translation follows:

"Registration at 11 am on the 6th March 1863 of Edgard Moses, born in Marseille at 3am in the Boulevard Barsotti (Belle de Mai) son of Guillaume Robert Moses, aged 32 years, confectioner, absent(?), and of ... (?) Francoise Brigitte Cassey (?) aged 27 years, no profession, …(?) living in the said house.
Male child.
Witnesses: Pierre Chignard, 64, stonemason, living in Belsunce St (?) and Pierre Bianbiere (?) aged 76 years, mason, living across from the … on the declaration of Marie Seas  … midwife … living at … Belle de Mai who delivered the child and signed with the aforementioned witnesses…
Confirmed by us Marius Rouze (?) Knight of the Legion of Honour , Deputy Mayor of Marseille; signed by declarant  and witnesses."

Some bits were hard to read, but I don't think the parents were married - I'm not sure what the word is before Francoise, but it's certainly not 'femme' = wife; also, neither parent signed the record - it was left to the midwife and one of the witnesses.

Yes, mariés! That makes sense ... the M was so far from the rest that I read it as two words - Né something.
