Should appreciate any information (including occupations) on the Hesling family from Manchester/Cheshire.
There were 3 children Edith, William F, and Joan.
Think Edith or Joan could have had something to do with the legal profession.

Joan was b 1910 - also Stockport

Was Edith the first born?  There is a birth in Barton in 1899 for an Edith Hesling?

William F appears to have had 2 children b 1926 and 1931
