Help dating photo please

Any clues as to the age of this photo would be gratefully received.  It came from the house clearance of an elderly relative - sadly I don't know who the lady is but am hoping to be able to make an educated guess once I have narrowed down the age.  Also, any guesses at the age of the lady would be interesting too.

I will get that tomorrow - the photo is at my parents house so I will need to get them to scan the back in.  Thanks for the quick response!

The photographer was dead by 1901 and the earliest I can find him is Oldham in 1887.
