Hugh Ross LINKLATER

I am at a bit of a loss of where or how to search for the parents of Hugh Ross LINKLATER b. abt 1882 in Lerwick, Shetland Islands.  I have him in the 1891 Census with his grandmother Margaret INGLES at Murlingden Mansion, Brechin, Forfarshire (Angus) RG12 Piece 275 Folio 15 Page 10.

Any suggestions as to where can I look for his parents?

Have you obtained his birth certificate to see parents names ?
