Rootschat website problems

Hello Trystan,

During the past 3 days I have experienced difficulties obtaining access to this site.

1: The home page will not fully open (not much more than the top heading)

2: No access to the chat room

3: Unable to open any of the boards to post a message

4: Extremely slow

5: No access to 'help'

6: I am able to check my messages only

I have regulary used 'Rootschat' for the past 12 months and have never had problems.

Have just now been able to access the tech. support board to post a message to you.

I would very much appreciate you looking into this matter for me as Microsoft have checked and advised it does not appear to be a problem from their end.

Ditto! I'm having major problems as well

Main forum board only loading top part of page

Numerous tries to log on as page doesn't load

Like you can't get into post messages on other boards as so slow and the bottom of the browser says done but page has not even loaded

At times can't access personal messages and send messages

I did finally after 4 tries send a message to trystan letting him know about the problems.

I thought it may of been my friends archaic computer but mines doing the same and after being able to use other websites including the very slow NAA it is Rootschat thats got the problem

Hopefully trystan can fix it up

I must say that I too have experienced the same difficulties.
I 'sent a topic to a friend' earlier today and the page just stayed there for 35 minutes or so.
I thought perhaps the problem was solely mine as I have downloaded some rather large programmes in the last few days.

Are these problems limited somehow to Australia?

I haven't had any problems here in Japan (so far).

After 15 mins of waiting for the log in page to load and to be logged on 

Joyboy I am not with Bigpond so can't be them

I am with Bigpond and spoke to them today. I also spoke with Microsoft at length and after running tests, both advised the problem appeared to be with the Rootschat site.

PS: At the time of writing I still couldn't get into the site and access was gained via a link from someone else's post.
