I would like help in deciphering the firstname of Frederick Roberts father in the attached Marriage certificate. You will also see that he was deceased at this time.

Many thanks to all the prompt replies. George it is then. Pity really, if it had been John (very unlikely) I would have found him and Martha in an earlier census. George is also not a current family name.
