Any clues?
Like dates?
Wife? Parents? children?

For example, the 1901 census has 17 people called Isaac Heaton?!
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)

Mary Hough,full age spinster of Little Lever
Grooms father Thomas Heaton,joiner
brides father,Robert Hough,Crofter
witness to marriage,Thomas Wilkinson and Kitty Hough
married by banns ;)
Gunning County Down,Kneale Isle of Man,Riddle Tynemouth,Bibby Kendal/Bradford,Colenso Penzance/Barrow-in-Furness,Steele Corney Fell,Chapman Ely,Dawes Alfreton,Blamire Westmoreland and Ulverston

 Isaac Heaton lived at 52 Bury Street Bury, Lancs in July 1899, and had  a daughter Lavinia Violet Heaton, born c 1874 married James Kidd from Larbert in 1899, St Marks Bury

I have again tried find further - must be looking wrong places?

1881 has

James Howarth 34 carter b Newchurch Lancs
Agnes Howarth 34 wife b Ireland
Lavinia Heaton 8 dau b Bury
30 Badger Street,Bury
could Isaac and Agnes have split up.Cant see a marriage to James Howarth

Theres a birth
Mar qu 1873 for a Lavinia Heaton but no Lavinia Violet
52 Bury Street Bury was a shop in 1901 there was no one called Heaton there.

Thanks - not sure where I have been going wrong.

Isaac Heaton was my great grandfather, and cannot recall my grandmother (Lavinia)ever speaking of her family  - a mystery?
