Why has this topic been moved as the research is not completed on the everybody just on Thomas Nicholas & I haven't asked for ti to be moved to completed

At a guess it was moved because :

Thank you everybody for your help on this topic. I now have Thomas Nicholas's death certificate from Australia and I can now close the research on this person as the certificate states that he was never married.

Reading the above makes it sound very final as though it is completed - Andrea (Sillgen) the board moderator is already present on this thread - she merged the topics (see reply #16) therefore her thoughts must have been the same as mine.
