Herbert Cleveland Taylor born Tynemouth R.D. 1st quarter 1893 ??

As Groom has said we need some more detail and dates from you otherwise we could be going down all sorts of incorrect paths  ;)

Also if you are specifically looking for any children please bear in mind that there is always the possibility that they might still be alive, and we are not allowed to give any details of people who might still be living.

To solve the mystery you may need to buy the Death Cert to see who the informant was.
Hopefully his Wife or Child.

It looks like groom has the correct family as a Ralph Taylor was born to a Ralph and Annie Taylor with a brother named Herbert Cleveland.

The family group appear on the 1911 census. So based on this

Herbert Cleveland Taylor Born Q1 1893 Tynemouth 10B 311

There is a marriage for a Herbert C Taylor in Easington in Q3 1926 to Annie Cheesebrough (Easington 10A 759) that may be him, but you would probably have to obtain the certificate to be sure.

I had a quick look on FreeBMD but found no children, but that doesn't mean there weren't any as sometimes FreeBMD is not 100% complete or accurate.

Hope this helps
