I noticed it right away, but unfortunately in the same way as my eye is drawn immediately to any spider in the vicinity!
I like the lack of clutter, but not those dark roots.

I usually don't like change either, but I think the new logo looks simpler and more 'professional'.

I suppose it depends on how drastic the rest of the new changes are and what form they take as to whether or not we need to prepare ourselves for them.  :)

Will the changes be purely visual? Or are there other changes afoot?  ;D
