Well what are the previous and next at the bottom supposed to do?
I clicked on previous and got a post from Trystan FROM 2004!! about setting up the Totally Off Topic forum???
When I hit next from that I got back to this subject.

I didn't notice the logo HAD changed, I think I have developed an "anti-ads" filter which lets me ignore everything not relevant to what I am looking for.

Now it has been pointed out it looks suspiciously like a tea plant seedling and as as tea-leaves = thieves in cockney it could be thought to acknowledge all the complaints I see on here about people stealing one anothers ancestors, photographs etc.

I must admit it looks to me like a small uprooted weed rather than a sturdy tree
Something to do with the angle of the leaves, I think

But the previous topic, as I said, was one from 2004 and one which I had not seen before, anyhow.  So whose previous topic was it???

As Ruskie got the same result, maybe there is a glitch in that system?

Though I find it hard to believe thatTrystan hadn't posted anything on this forum since 2004!

And why would we want to look at the previous posting on a particular board if it wasn't something we already knew about?  Doesn't make sense to me I'm afraid

The most logical 'before' would be whatever one had looked at 'just before'
