I tried that too, I used three different file names.

I admit technological defeat !

I'm still waiting for the photo to arrive, but will do my best for you. I think the website is experiencing problems at the moment though...

The other option would be to ask if the volunteer who took the photo can help. There is provision on the website to ask for help, in the comments/feedback/help box.
Or contact Charles who runs the site directly - he often puts me directly in touch with people who have requested my photos.
Use the contact form and ask him to contact the person who photographed your cemetery.

Don't worry, we'll get there!

Thank you.

Someone else is now trying to sort out my email photo too, I cannot believe how helpful you all are.

Fantastic work - thank you both - I shall study this and hope to decipher some of the writing.

Cheers.

Hmmm, very hard to read.
Checking back to the indexed names on www.gravestonephotos.com they only list two people as named on the headstone, with no reference to a death date for Thomasin. This only means the volunteer who transcribed it, couldn't read it or didn't notice  :'(

But, there is something in the inscription, at the bottom of the headstone, which says:
ALSO __________of the above_____died March(?)_________ It looks a bit like daughter, and the name is hard to decipher, though I think it's too short to be Thomasin.
Did they have any daughters?

Here's what I can make out:

William
The Beloved husband of
Thomasin Geen
who entered into his rest
_________1874 aged ___________years
Blest___ (can't read the verse at all)
ALSO___________Geen
daughter(?) of the above
Died March (?) ___________________

I would still be inclined to go back to the website and ask for further help from the local volunteer. I can do it for you if you like?

Thank you. I'm unsure of children names at the moment, I was hoping that names and dates on the stone may help me to expand on that layer of the family.

I will go back to the website and do as you suggest and try to contact the volunteer.

I will let you know of any future breakthroughs !
Cheers again.
