Burned out Factory

Hi all. This photo shows the Toy factory where my Gr Grandfather was burned to death while working as Night Watchman leaving a wife and 6 kids back in 1903 in Dayton, OH, USA. The picture was originally so dark that nothing could be seen. Could someone clean it up for me? I would greatly appreciate it.

GUIDE FOR PHOTO RESTORATIONS PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SCANNER BED IS CLEAN AND SCAN AT A RESOLUTION OF 300-600 WITH THE SCALE AT 100% MINIMUM.

If you would like a coloured version, details such as hair colour , eyes and clothing etc.  if known  would be helpful to restorers
