Handsworth St Mary PRs are held at Birmingham Archives, which unfortunately closed a couple of weeks ago pending the opening of the new Library of Birmingham in Autumn 2013.

The library itself is apparently closing for good at the end of June 2013 to complete the move to the new one.
I don't know whether any of the other archives in the area might hold microfilm copies of Handsworth PRs. Ancestry are apparently digitising all the PRs but they're not due online until sometime next year. Your options probably are either to await this or possibly see if the LDS hold a copy on microfilm which you could hire in at a local Family History Centre.
Alternatively it might be worth checking if Birmingham and Midland FHS include Handsworth in their search service - see
http://www.bmsgh.org/search/sea1.html.
