The only Coalburn Brook I can find is near South Wingfield and Crich in Derbyshire?
Where have you seen it referred to?
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)

It is Coalbournebrook or Coalburnbrook Ambelcote Kingswinford Staffs, believe the name was later changed to Brettell Lane.
