had to look back to see what i queried it for. it reads Tostock on family search but i queried it because of the distance - thought it might not be 'our' William & Susan.

It's a difficult one, this distance business. Before I started my family tree, I always had thought that people married a close neighbour, and stayed and brought up their family close by, but I've been amazed at how far people travelled in the 'old days'. So, you never can tell . . . .
