Mrs Williams (as above) had contributed £1 to a Testimonial to John Hughes, Frondeg, Amlwch.
Unfortunately no first name, but she may still be there in other census years.
I suppose if you have William Hughes in 1891 and 1881, you can look at other census pages till you find Parciau.
