Hi there

Hope you can read the attachment - may need to enlarge and print out. There is a list of the passengers aboard the Augusta Jessie - arrival 11 October 1837 - available from the NSW State Archives - digital image available. There is a David Waters mentioned travelling with 3 others (all children??).

No individual information  but you may be interested in these mentions in TROVE  of the barque Augusta Jessie in 1837.

There are quite a few more if you want to search but I can't see any extra information.

Arrival 11 October 1837, 393 immigrants on board - various accounts of the numbers in other mentions.

Thomas Paine, farm labourer, 26, 3 children, employed by C. Campbell Esq. Limestone, wages 25 pounds per annum with rats!  ;)

Thomas Paine, as found by Flattybasher9, had 3 children and was then employed by C Campbell at Limestone.

This is possibly the son of Robert Campbell whose house, Duntroon, is still standing in Canberra - in the Limestone Plains.
