Is a Cleanup possible

Hello All!
Just wondering if it is possible to have this photo of my mum cleaned up.
I believe it is from the late '40's or early 50's.
I don't have too many pictures of my mum at this age so would very much appreciate a nicer version of this one.

I leave it in your very capable hands.

GUIDE FOR PHOTO RESTORATIONS PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SCANNER BED IS CLEAN AND SCAN AT A RESOLUTION OF 300-600 WITH THE SCALE AT 100% MINIMUM.

If you would like a coloured version, details such as hair colour , eyes and clothing etc.  if known  would be helpful to restorers
