Can you see the marriage on parish records Colin - is William's Father mentioned ? - should be a John Bradford.

Yes 1851 Mary is born c 1810 Kings Nympton on 1851 Census.
William c 1804 Crediton
Sarah 1834
Grace 1835
Edward 1836
Eliza 1846
HO107/1891/237/4

A JOHN Bradford was Christened 08 June 1806, Crediton to JOHN/SARAH
Siblings;
MARY ANN 30 March 1810
SARAH 11 April 1814
(there may be others but they are the only ones in Crediton I can find on Familysearch)

Marriage Records of that time (1829) do not have Fathers names, if you are lucky only Witnesses that might be related.

Thank you Trish - so Mary is Mary ROWE - born Kings Nympton in c1910 - is there a ROWE Family there I wonder - I think we're on the right trail :)
