Ezekial Scattergood arrives in NSW 1922

i really should have followed up on this post earlier (can't believe it is well over a year ago). So just to bring you up to date:

a member sent me a private message after these conversations and supplied me with an address of Scattergoods living in the correct area and who seemed to be almost certainly related. I took a punt and wrote to them.
I received a lovely letter back and it turned out that the family was indeed descended from Ezekial. They kindly supplied some photos and other information about the family. Unfortunately i haven't been in contact for a while, so your post has kindly prompted me to do so.

So, do you know the family, Jenny?

Hi Paul. No haven't met anyone direct of Rita, but have spoken to 2 people over the phone, 1 in N.S.W. the other in Tasmania, and am working at getting information to Jill in Tassie, funnily enough, we don't know of each other, but are directly related, (family dispute way back then seemed to have broke us), and am high hoping to meet Pat over Easter holiday in N.S.W. Would there by chance be a possibility of you sending what information you might have, via email, and any scanned copies of photos, i have nothing, and would love to see some of my distant relatives, What little information i have of my tree, i would happily send to you, if you need/want... Sorry for delay,

Hi I am interested in Ezekiel Scattergood and his descendants. I believe a Richard Scattergood and Jeanette fits into my tree.
If they had a child Catherine.
For reasons I can explain later there is a huge gap in knowledge of the family, only a certainty that Ezekiel and Flora Scattergood are part of it.

Hi I have just joined the roots chat forum.  I too are interested in tht Scattergood family.  I have big gap between present day and Ezekiel Scattergood who married Flora Gamble.

I think that Richard Clemence Scattergood and Jeanette play apart in my family especially if they had a daughter Catherine.

For reasons I can explain later there is gap in my knowledge. I saw the photo that was sent to you and was interested to see any family resemblance.

Can you help me a bit?

One more question. How many red heads are there in the Scattergood family or is that a Gamble trait?
