Ezekial Scattergood arrives in NSW 1922

Just trying to find a few details about an ancestor called Ezekial SCATTERGOOD who emigrated from UK to Australia in 1922. I've found the details of his trip, he travelled on the Diogenes from London to Sydney with his sister Nellie Stenson. Ezekial was 17 at the time. I've noticed some references on Ancestry.com.au to the name to suggest that he lived in Australia until the 1980s but i don't have a subscription to the site. i wonder if anyone is able to fill in any details about his life there, ie Marriage, children, death, where he lived or what he did. I'm hoping he had a big family and that there is a big clan of Scattergoods over there now

I can see a 1935 marriage between and Ezekiel SCATTERGOOD and a Rita Florence GAMBLE in Culcairn NSW.  This couple are on the Electoral Rolls together until 1980 in Culcairn.

There may be some reference to this family there.
