To confirm what you've said, the OxFHS Marriage Index shows this:

Claydon 27 August 1813
William ANDERTON married Elizabeth HARDYMAN.

The full PRs for Claydon are on OxFHS CD OXF-BAN03, which I don't have, but no doubt someone else on here will.

I am trying to determine whether this William Anderton b.1784 is the one  born a few miles away at Burton Dassett Warks.

Perhaps you have a local Familysearch centre?
They may have more records about the marriage?
Their website has Wm's baptism parents Francis & Mary.
Lots of other children born to them which I'm sure you
have already.

I have spent considerable time researching the Andertons plus associated families in Burton Dassett and nearby villages (Warks), I have sorted most of them but William Anderton B.1784 "disappears" after his Baptism. Claydon (Oxf) is not far from Burton Dassett.
So I am wondering if the William who married Elizabeth Hardyman is 'my' William.
