« on: Sunday 11 November 12 20:15 GMT (UK) »
Hi Guys and Ladies.

Any help with this witness statement would be great. Its from a John Cuthbert in Newton Le Willows to do with a drowning?

Thanks,
Jeff

Here is my best effort thus far - have to go to work now but will pop back later and try again if nobody else has had a go.

The body of the woman I have seen … is that of Anne/Annie Cuthbert
… 24 years of age last April - Sister? of mine - I last saw her alive on
Saturday last 8am she was at my house. She left to  ….
go to … WH.  She had a child with him born last May.  She came to
my house on Friday night (5th?).  I did not expect her.  When she came I asked her why
she … had diffic[ulties?] with WH - I told her to go straight back?  …
I …. She has lived with me for 20 years - she …
…
I did not notice? her …
