How to locate living relative

I would like to locate the address or telephone number of a living relative who lives in the UK. I don't know which area she lives in but would like to try to locate her. Can anyone provide some advice.
Saint-Kent UK and France
Miller-Surrey Hills Sydney Australia and Scotland
Barling-Maitland NSW Australia
Craig- New Zealand and Scotland
Peart-New Zealand
