Low resolution photo resize and colour

Can anyone fix these 3 low resolution photos, without making it pixelly? They were scanned but not very well and we now don't have the originals. If you get them to a decent size could someone have a go at adding some colour as well.

I'm no colourist but I've had a go at making her bigger and hopefully a bit sharper.  If anyone would like to colour her please feel free to use my version.
