Working on a family by the name oof Amys. Mostly I am interested in the daughter Elsie Maud Amys, born abt 1909 in Ashill, Norfolk, England. From the census her parents were Herbert Amys and Rose.
Also trying to find her mothers maiden name.

Not sure if this any help, but i knew some of the Amys family, living at Saham Toney nr Ashill. I believe there are still some members living there. The Amys family also had hardware shops in Watton during the 1950s &60s.

Hi Laura,
I am very sorry but your reply to floppydavis has bounced back to us as it looks like he has changed his email address.
Sometimes old members log back in so fingers crossed but we will just have to wait.
