Clean and Colour Please?

Hello, Can anyone help please ?
Can anyone help to clean and colour this picture.
The lady has dark brown hair and hazel eyes,the dress was white with a deep pinkish red colour flowers.
The man has light brown hair and brown eyes, he's has a sailors uniform on which was dark blue and white.
Any help would be most appreciated, thankyou.
The year was 1960
