If anyone has access to the L&G-90-3 publication  of burial info that includes MIs for Halladay Burial Grounds Elgin Leeds and could tell me what there is for Elle Bell SUFFEL I'd be most grateful. 
As things stand now I don't know if this entry relates to "my" person.

On the home page for the OCFA there is info about how to contact the organization that contributed the grave info. I think the link is the line below search. You use the letters in the reference to find the relevant org.

Alternately, you could try a google for the cemetery and see if there is contact info.
