  You can purchase a certificate from http://www.bdm.dotag.wa.gov.au/_apps/pioneersindex/default.aspx
I am fairly certain that there are no transcription agents for WA to get a cheaper option.

  I have been looking on trove http://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/ to see if I could find a marriage announcement but no luck  :(
