Desperately tying to find any information on Harry Hodge and his wife Alice Ginnery who married in Peel Ontario, in 1919 have traced them to there but nothing since hopefully they had children, he was from Dundee Scotland.and she from England. he was 27years old when he married and she was 21.  Any help appreciated.

Unfortunately, wrt children you are going to run into privacy laws wich restrict access to same for 100 years. You may find announcements in local papers, however.

The same laws will also restrict access to marriages (of potential children) for 80 years and deaths for 70 years. A new year is added to the public index annually.

The 1921 Canada census is due to be released in 2013, however, so if they had at least one child soon after their marriage you may at least find that one.

I would google for the library first and ask them.

Try this link. It appears to have newspapers. It looks like the Brampton Library at the link is the nearest.

Hi! I already responded to a question you had posted on the ancestry site. Just in case you read it here first, please feel free to view my tree under the username "hodgederekhodge". I can tell you that Harry had at least two sons; my grandfather (*), and his brother (*). I've just started building so there is much more information to come. I've enlisted the help of my aunt, (*), who actually works for the City of Brampton, incidentally. Like I said, feel free to look or ask questions, and in turn I would value any input you have. Cheers and happy hunting!
