Not only is there the anomaly with Rudd/Rudolph there is also Bone/Bunn!
A Rudd Bone appears on 1841 Census, in 1851 he's in Walsingham Workhouse as Rudd Bunn - shown bc.1776 Great Snoring. He died in 1855 and buried at Gunthorpe, Norfolk as Rudd Bone on 6/6/1855 aged 73. (Full date not given on FreeReg but have viewed original page on familysearch.)
However, have looked at parish records for Great Snoring and there were no Bone/Bunn's born there in the right time frame but since this is the parish which adjoins where he married this seems to be your man.
FreeReg reveals:
Rodolph Bunn bp.9/5/1778 Gunthorpe, Norfolk, son of Thomas and Elizabeth. A number of siblings born there too one being a David in 1782 who is later in Little Snoring too as Bone.
So not only is his name a bit confusing at times, he's not exactly sure of his age and birthplace but his burial at Gunthorpe fits as being the parish of his birth.
