There is a tree on Ancestry that has John Cooper Dyer born Littlehampton 1845 son of George Dyer born 1803 and Harriet Cooper born 1808

1861 has this family in Littlehampton with the youngest child a H Ann Dyer born 1855 - possibly Harriet Ann Dyer? You'd need to check this

If correct I think that makes Ellen Oliver and Fred Dyer cousins
