Cobbett, Frank Manley

Frank Manley Cobbett is my great great uncle.  He  married Hermina Flamme-Muller (or M-F) in 1886 in St George's, Hanover Square.  He appears in the 1891 census with a 4 year old daughter Gerturde who dies aged 8.  In 1911, he and his wife are staying in Southsea as 'Visitors'.  The 1911 census has been amended, presumably by the registrar, to show 2 children, one deceased and one living.  I can find no trace of them in 1901.

Any suggestions gratefully received.
