Any info please on Jane Cude born Chard Somerset 1824

Hi, I'm looking for any information on my 3rd gt grandmother Jane Cude born in Chard Somerset in 1824, she married John Reed in Tiverton possibly around 1845.   I cannot find any information or census details, there is a marriage of James Cude and Hannah Trump in Chard in 1823 so possibly this could be her parents again no more information available on them either, thank you for any help at all.

There is no marriage on freebmd between a John Reed and Jane Cude.  Where did you get her maiden name from

John appears to have been previously married as there is a 12yr old son in 1851 whereas Jane was only 27

Hi, John Reed born 1804, so 20 years younger than Jane, interested to know about a previous son as I hadn't seen any evidence of that, I knew Jane was born in Chard in 1824 due to the census that had her place of birth, couldn't find her maiden name at all until I stumbled on two private family trees with Jane Cude mentioned.  Jane and John's first born son was named Edwin Cude Reed born in 1848, I contacted the families with the private tree had one answer who confirmed it was Jane Cude his link was with John Reed's brother, thank you

The son I mentioned is on the 1851 census

Does the person researching John's brother have a marriage cert for Jane & John or can he provide details of John's previous marriage?

Aah yes I can see Jno Reed now mentioned in the 1851 census but as Jane Reed with his mother she would of been about 15, could they have been married at 14/15 or maybe she wasn't really his mother ??

Given the age difference between John snr and Jane - that is why I suggested he had been previously married
