Marriage at St Patricks, Waterford
« on: Wednesday 17 October 12 16:09 BST (UK) »
I have recently found the William Golley married in 1826 at the above church.  Would like to know the name of the wife and any other information if possible.  Thank you in anticipation

Thank you for that- we had Presley and Priestley as we couldn't read a birth certificate for one of the children.  William Golley was born in Ireland 1833 but we had a birth certificate for a child born in England.  Smary

Hi Gaffy - can you tell me if there is any other information re Ann Parsley - fathers name etc.  She says she was born Waterford so do you have any knowledge of her birth. Thank you - Smary

I'm afraid not, as you know already, it was St Patrick's Church of Ireland.  The venerable Archdeacon of Waterford, the Rev. R Hobson officiated and it was St Valentine's Day, 14 February 1826.

Thank you for your quick response - my friend will be delighted she has been researching this woman for years with no luck - I can't wait to tell her what you have found. Smary
