from the line of Robert Hale and Hannah Kezia Brunton if so which child?

He was a son of John and Emmeline - shows on the 1891 UK Census with them. Also mentioned in Shelly's reply 8 - the Obituary for brother Frank Hale who died in 1919

Many thanks for taking time and trouble to provide me with additional information,previously I had no information on John Helm Hale and family,
my father only used to say that he had an uncle john who went to America.
Is the relative Mr R HALE still living?

I doubt that anyone who was an adult in 1908 is still living.  You should be able to see that passenger list on www.ellisisland.org, but the writing is kind of unclear.  It might be M.R. Hale or W.R. Hale.
