Hello granny lukeis

.....never knew where the hubby died as he just vanished

No, he didn't vanish  ;D   ... the information supplied here in Reply 10  by craigt (in 2012), is for the Robert EUNSON whose wife was Margaret.    Craig has also given the link to the Probate record for Robert EUNSON which confirms his wife's name and that he died on 12 June 1913.

His death notice here >

https://paperspast.natlib.govt.nz/newspapers/MS19130628.2.3
( "Bunnythorpe" is the word that is partly obscured in the notice. )

Another resource shows that his death was registered at Hamilton, ... haven't as yet found a burial or cremation record (maybe the unusual surname has been spelled incorrectly ?      I'll look further.)

The 1913 Archway record for Robert Eunson mentioned above is for his Hamilton probate record and it is indicated that he is a farmer living in Koromutua at the time of death. This corresponds to a 1911 Electoral Roll record for Waikato electorate for Robert and Margaret Eunson, Koromatua, Robert's occupation is farmer. You can have a look at Robert's will online through Familysearch at the following link: https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-1951-32306-9952-99?cc=1865481&wc=M9M6-LT5:n268293007
Regards, Craig.

The struck through link above was no longer working.

The Will of Robert EUNSON, farmer of Koromatua - died at that place on 12 June 1913 -  (Executrix : Margaret EUNSON (his widow) -- can be found on Archives NZ website >
https://ndhadeliver.natlib.govt.nz/delivery/DeliveryManagerServlet?dps_pid=IE64503480

In a statement on that file, Margaret EUNSON (wife) testifies that "Robert EUNSON died on 12 June 1913 as I am able to depose from having seen him die."

Hello ... not sure why you are saying that you believe that "Robert [EUNSON] dying I believe in 1930 outside of Auckland "   ??

I have posted at Reply # 20 an updated link for the Probate file (includes his Will), for the Robert EUNSON (husband of Margaret) who died at Koromatua, Waikato district, in June 1913.    [This information was kindly provided originally by "craigt"  earlier in this thread. ].

Hello again

The reason that Robert EUNSON "vanished from being with his wife Margaret" - as far as Electoral rolls go - is that his name would not appear on rolls, after his death in 1913.

As previously added here, they were together on the roll at Koromatua - Robert a farmer - on the 1911 Waitkato Roll.     The next roll published was in 1914 (after Robert's death).

The following is probably his widow ??
- Waikato roll 1914 - EUNSON - Margaret, Frankton - married*.   She has same listing in 1919.

[ * Note:   Sometimes widows were still listed as "married" on electoral rolls (whether by "design or in error") :    It's fine to use Electoral or voters rolls as a finding tool, but these should be treated with caution as they don't always give a totally accurate record of where a person was at a particular time. ]     ]

Hope this is of help ?
