Hi!Have you found Alice Williams (nee Varty?) I was excited to read your old post because you are the first person I have found who is interested in the VARTY and PENLEY families. Albert James PENLEY was my g-g-grandfather and although I have his marriage certificate it does not give me his or Fanny's parents' names (though I have found out about Thomas & Fanny but it took a bit of searching!) J. PENLEY is my brick wall.
