I hope someone can help me.  I have a gggg uncle who appears in the 1900 census in Fort Bragg Mendocino County, CA.  At this stage he is a 52 year old Divorcee.  I would love to find a marriage or divorce record. 
Does anyone know how I can access this information.

To find a marriage or divorce record, you would likely need to know where these events occurred.  If he was in California, this site gives some information about what is available as far as vital records - https://www.familysearch.org/learn/wiki/en/California_Vital_Records

There are some voter registration lists that appear to put him in California going back to 1878 - http://www.rootschat.com/links/0s7f/
