You mean to say that you can not locate a grave headstone for James Williamson buried Kirkcaldy cemetery in March 1832.  Can you please give me a list of people by that name buried their in that year.  The reason I posted this because I have seen many request.
Hi Christian I don't have a list of James Williansons buried in Kirkcaldy Kirk cemetery in 1832
I can tell you there is no headstones for a James Williamson there.
My information is based on photographs I have taken of this cemetery! and pre 1855 inscriptions
Of this cemetery. You have seen many requests ? What were there answers.
Post a request for Janet Mc or Mixedupmob to contact you as they are part of this family.

Dear Norrie,
I'm still searching for these stones/burials:

Still trying to find out where in Fife James Williamson (senior) who died in 1832 died and was buried. His second wife was Euphemia Stuart but his first was Margaret PHILP. MP died between 1793 and 1821. I was told she was buried at Dysart in ?1801.

You previously gave me JW's junior's details

Also looking for Thomas Whyte of Largo - he was listed by that name on his dtr, Elizabeth Whyte's marriage certificate when she married James Williamson, junior on 11 Nov 1806 in Kirkaldy. So he likely died after that date. I do not know the name of his wife or any other children. Possibly married to a Janet Allason/Allison.

Thanks for any help. You are a tremendous asset to many of us. Is there an equivalent of you for Auchterrderran areas? (James Williamson and Margaret Seath)

Hi Norrie

Do you have any record of a gravestone for

John  Alexander & Margaret Alexander (nee Chalmers)

I don't have a date of death for John  and Margaret died in Kirkcaldy 21/05/1939. John was from Kinghorn although they also lived in Dysart. You have already told me Margaret's parents are in Benochy cemetry so she may be there.

Thanks
Andrew

re item page 42 from brodie85 on 5 Aug 2012
I am new to rootschat so still finding my way around
you probably have the answer but I have the Mitchells MIs and found the details of David Wilson & Anne Douglas in Abbotshall as follows: No 165 [obelisk] David Wilson 1790 1848, w Anne Douglas 1788 1879, s Alex shipmaster b Linktown 22.6.1824 d Kirkcaldy 4.11.1880 chn. Looking at the plan the grave seems to be on the south side next to the church itself
Hope this helps.
