Are you looking for more information pre- 1830 or after?

Here are some pointers to research:

Introduction to Irish records

Griffiths Valuation (abt 1850s) shows no Mannings in the area but one McCarthy. This of course is much later than your family.

This may be yourself but if not, someone else is researching the same McCarty family.
