Hi
I can find him in the 1901 and 1911 census with his parents and siblings but it is possible that he married after 1921 when on-line records stop in Northern Ireland. For census see

I see his birth was registered in Banbridge
Victor Enoch Walker
registration district: Banbridge
event type: BIRTHS
registration quarter and year: Jul - Sep 1896
His birth isn't on RootsIreland, so you will probably have to pay GRONI for a certificate

Hi,
The birth is registered in the 1896 Banbridge register, Volume 1 Page 134. This may help when ordering the document.
