Hi

Sorry I can't help with any individual, but the pub shown behind the charabanc is very likely to be the White Hart - the bay window immediately behind the vehicle is, I think still there, and certainly other sources show it as a Baddow Brewery house around 1900. Also the vehicle has an HJ registration which is/was an Essex series.
The school photograph looks as if it was posed outside the old school in Church Road, part of which at least was constructed from/cladded with corrugated metal sheeting. I remember it being the library and scout hut in the 1960s.
If you can get a copy, Terry Babbington's book Thundersley a Pictorial History has a number of 1920s photographs including the school with some of the individuals named which may help

Further to my last I've just found my copy of Babbington's book and photograph no. 104 shows the Thundersley football team c. 1922 and it identifies Johnny Bamber as the goalkeeper. I notice from your other posts you are related to a Bamber,

Hello Wesley.  Thanks for your reply, I met John Bambers daughter in August. We had a long chat. We had lots of photos to share. It was nice to see what my relations looked like. We both had the same book on Thundersley. Her father was in there. Thank you very much for your reply. :)
