Arthur TUSTIN BORN 1868      (? Nottinghamshire)   noted in census age 3yrs. He died in NZ 1959 married Jane Sarah FURLY in NZ 1896. She died in NZ 1945.
I have quite a bit of info but it is not clear as I would like.

Thomas Tustin born 1910 / Alice (Andersen)

There is no birth in Nottingham for a Thomas Tustin in 1910 and no marriage to an Alice Andersen

Not sure of where Arthur TUSTIN or Jane FURLY were born.

Cannot find FURLY name very often.
I wondered if it may be spelt FURLEY with an E added as it is more common.

Marriage of Arthur  TUSTIN and Jane Sarah FURLY was in NZ in 1896.
BDM Reg No 1896/4272.
Jane's surname is spelt FURLY on marriage certificate

Arthur TUSTIN died in NZ 1959. BDM Reg no 1959/28296
and Jane Sarah TUSTIN died in NZ 1945. BDM Reg no 1945/2735

In your first post you said you have found Arthur aged 3 in the census.  Where was he and who was he living with? 

Ossington baptisms are not covered on the Notts FHS CD, but there are a few Tustin's in the marriages and burials.   There is also a record of a John Tustin who kept the Star & Garter public house at Ossington 1822 - 1826.

not sure where I found that 3yrs old in census for a Arthur TUSTIN.
I do have a ref  TUSTIN Arthur Wortley 9c 210. Not sure what that is

That is not a census reference - that is a birth reference

Births December qtr 1868   
TUSTIN  Arthur     Wortley  9c 210

Wortley is in the county of West Riding of Yorkshire

The 1871 census shows him as aged 2yrs born Ecclesfield Yorkshire and his parents were John b 1830 Sutton on Trent Notts and Emma b 1831 Sheffield Yorkshire.  John was a Smith Striker by occupation

There was also a 10yr old daughter Emma b Heeley Yorkshire
