I remember watching Miss World that year and said that Miss India would win.
She was outstanding on the show
So glad we have solved the other young lady.  Not really a singer then

Looked at the youtube, they didnt do close ups in those days, did they

Thought we knew who it was sorry.  Looked at Joyce but without a close
up it could or couldnt be her.  Never thought she could sing laugh.

Back to the drawing board then.
